Delivery Policy

At Bro Cabs (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and

timely transportation and related services. This Delivery Policy explains how our services

are delivered to both riders and drivers.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to the delivery of:

- Rider services: Transport booked through the Bro Cabs mobile app or website.

- Driver services: Access to subscriptions, admin tools, and onboarding support.

- Future services: Grocery delivery (Bro everything), parcel delivery, or other value-added

services introduced by Bro Cabs.

2. Service Delivery to Riders

- Ride Requests: Once a rider books a trip via the Bro Cabs app, a nearby driver is assigned

in real time.

- Estimated Arrival: The app provides an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the driver.

ETAs may vary depending on traffic, distance, and availability.

- Ride Fulfillment: The service is considered delivered once the ride is completed and the

rider has safely reached the drop-off location.

- Delays & Disruptions: Bro Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or

external factors beyond our control. Where possible, alternative solutions will be offered

(e.g., reassigning a driver).

3. Service Delivery to Drivers

- Onboarding: Drivers gain access to the Bro Cabs platform once they have completed the

registration, background checks, and subscription fee payment.

- Digital Services: All subscriptions, admin tools, and notifications are delivered

electronically via the Bro Cabs driver app and dashboard.

- Account Activation: Accounts are activated within 24–72 hours of successful document

verification and payment clearance.


4. Delivery of Digital Goods & Vouchers

- Promotional codes, ride credits, or referral bonuses are delivered instantly to the rider or

driver’s app wallet.

- These items are digital-only and hold no cash value outside the platform.

5. Failed or Partial Delivery

- If a driver cancels before pickup, the system will automatically attempt to reassign a new

driver.

- If service delivery cannot be completed due to reasons within Bro Cabs’ control, the

affected customer may be eligible for a refund or ride credit (see Return & Refund Policy).

- If delivery fails due to incorrect rider or driver details provided, Bro Cabs is not

responsible.

6. Delivery Timeframes

- Rides: Immediate, real-time upon booking.

- Subscriptions/Driver Accounts: Within 24–72 hours after verification.

- Digital Vouchers: Instant upon issuance.

7. Amendments

Bro Cabs (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend this Delivery Policy at any time. Updates will

be effective once published on our official platforms.
